An elegant and intimate day wedding can be held at the hotel from Sunday to Thursday.
For a maximum of 16 people (including the couple) the ceremony can take place any time between 12h00 and 16h00 if you reserve overnight accommodation for all of your guests.
If your numbers total between 17 and 30, we recommend that the ceremony takes place at 12h00 or 12h30 so that there will be plenty of time to enjoy a relaxed ceremony before being seated for the wedding breakfast by 14h00. Guests can then enjoy the wedding breakfast dinner, speeches and cutting of the cake before the departure of non-resident guests is required at 17h30.
The ceremony will be conducted by the local registrars and usually lasts no longer than 30 minutes. Please note that it is the duty of the couple to contact the registrars.
Numbers for day weddings are usually limited to a maximum number of 16 people including the couple, children and infants. However, we can extend this to a total of 30 guests if an early ceremony is chosen and you are seated for the wedding breakfast by 14h00.
We can make up to a maximum of eight bedrooms available for you and your guests. These can be booked through our wedding coordinator.
Guests are able to check in from 14h30. We therefore recommend that you make your guests aware that they will not be able to use their rooms to get ready for the wedding ceremony.
No, we do not charge for the use of the dining room.
You are welcome to provide a CD of your chosen music (please note: no MP3 files) or bring your own iPod which can be used in conjunction with the hotel’s sound system. Another popular option is to have live music such as a string quartet or harpist.
Unfortunately we are unable to allow the playing of music in public areas, except the ceremony room, either before the start of the ceremony or during the drinks reception, in consideration of other guests staying at the hotel.
